I’ve been taking my vehicle to B&L ever since I first started driving, they’re the only people I trust. They have the best customer service compared to the 2 or 3 other places I’ve visited. My favorite thing about B&L is how they explain what’s going on and why and how to fix it. The prices aren’t bad at all and things get done in a timely manner. They’re well organized and I couldn’t wish for a better place to take my car

The team and staff at B&L were amazing and very courteous with my needs during these difficult times. They were 100% professional in handling my car and interacting with me and other customers. Very straightforward and made sure my vehicle was in tip top shape. I would definitely recommend friends and family to bring in their vehicle for any car needs even though I live an hour and a half away. Supporting family businesses has always been my way in showing my support to the community and I cannot express enough appreciation to Liz and everyone who I encountered. Our 2007 Chrysler Town & Country air conditioning had been down for awhile. The good folks at B&L assessed and repaired it. It was very involved because a number of components needed to be replaced. They got the parts and put us in rental car and did the repair. The staff is very personable and nice, they made substantial adjustments to the pricing that put a smile on our faces. I called Monday to schedule an appointment for an oil change; the man I spoke with told me 3:30 pm Wednesday. I arrived about 10 minutes early, when the woman working behind the counter told me she saw in the computer someone had begun to put my information into the system, but had not finished. Regardless, there were no other customers waiting and was told I would be out of there in 20-30 minutes, since it was just an oil change; I even agreed to her up-sale. An hour went by without the vehicle moving from the parking space I left it in, when the woman came to the waiting room to ask me if they had moved my vehicle yet. Later, she came back again to tell me she would give me a discount. An hour and a half after I arrived, my vehicle was finished. Another employee took my payment, while the original woman remained on a phone call, and I did not receive a discount.

Found this place during an online search after several disappointing phone calls to get service to my 2017 Journey Crossroad Plus.
