What an incredibly friendly, helpful, transparent, and efficient team. I live in Norfolk and our car broke down in front of their shop. We were amazed at how quickly they helped us. We will probably be making the trip to B&L for future auto work.

Recently had to get some work done to my truck. They were fast, efficient and I was back on the road the same day. Of course I wish the price could’ve been lower but they did end up getting the price down for me and I def appreciated that.

B&L provided great service and the customer service was excellent.

I’ve went to B&L Automotive two times for different truck issues and I was provided with excellent service both times! Liz was fantastic and it’s evident that she really cares about their customers and resolving their automotive issues as efficiently as possible. They have great reviews and a history of happy customers, but I still feel like they are a hidden gem in Newport News! I trust them with both of my vehicles (I’ll be taking my car there next) and I know that I will get top notch customer service, correctly done repairs, and will pay reasonable prices.

I made an appointment originally for 11 June for a vehicle inspection. On 10 June called B&L to move to the next day. When I arrived my appointment was not on the screen. A young lady apologized for the mishap. I was told to reschedule and vehicle inspection would be on B&L. Finally got vehicle inspected but paid for inspection 😫. Same young lady must have forgotten abut the inconvenience with the miscommunication. Won’t be going back

Started going here for my car needs a little while back. They have been the most down to earth and helpful car so I've dealt with on a while. Always kind and courteous. Always looking for the best way to fix with the last amount of extra on top. They have military discount, as well as first responders. Quoted me for a recent fix on one of my vehicles, and when I showed up it was nearly 400 dollars less than the quote because they found a better price on one of the kits I needed. I would recommend this place for your next car need.

Genuinely some of the kindest people that I have met at an auto repair shop. Great service and spectacular communication. I ended up here due to an emergency on the highway a little bit further from home than I hoped, and they were able to figure everything out and give me spectacular service with a smile during a not very fun situation.

I can only say good things about my recent experience at B&L Automotive. Brian and Liz were most helpful every step of the way in the repair of my 02 Dodge Dakota keeping me informed of repair estimates. They were able to keep the cost down and I'm very satisfied with the results.
