This company is exceptional. There is almost a cult following given the personal care they take knowing/servicing their customers - it is easy to become a "regular" in no time. Liz is perhaps the secret sauce for this phenomenon. She has the ability to make you feel, that you are not only going to get the best service for the price but that every possible discount has been included on your bill. She is also quite lovable, fun to be around and loquacious in a good way. The company is lucky to have her as their front-line automotive ambassador. Matt, the mechanic who worked of my car, was very knowledgeable of my model car and accommodating. He has an easy-going manner that makes him trustworthy along with an aura of reassurance that he will fix it the right way. Brian, the "new kid on the block, " working in tandem with Liz, appears to have fallen right in line with this personal care approach. He actually has a storied automotive history prior to coming here, which explains his signature service line of, "I don't see why not" a coda for any time-management anxiety you may have. It is also indicative of this company's focus on excellence in customer service, as well as, their technical expertise. If you use them once - you will be back, because they treat you like family. I will be a member for life!
