I was in NN for most of the day & was able to walk in & get my State Inspection & an oil change @ B&L. The owner was there, as well as his daughter & both were VERY customer oriented (THANKS for being so very dog-friendly) . WILL DEFINITELY RETURN when I am in NN (Live in Portsmouth, but do business there on a regular basis that has me spending 4-6 hours) THANKS & MERRY CHRISTMAS

My mom was in town visiting and broke down just outside of their parking lot. They not only went above and beyond to get her car fixed, they treated her like family. You simply do not find companies that treat customers they way they treated my mom. 5 stars isn’t enough for them!

Do good work. Great place to get honest service at a reasonable price. My $1200 repair from Nissan was done for $600 here, and save me the cost of an unnecessary transmission job. I will definitely return for work on my cars, really glad I got a second opinion.

Highly recommend. Great place to have service or work on your car. Pleasant and easy going staff. Determined to have you have excellent results. My car repair was quite complicated, with Nissan giving me an estimate of $1200 to fix and also stated that I needed a transmission replacement. B & L repaired the multiple problems for $600, and car is now purring like a kitten. Without the costly transmission repair that the Nissan dealer stated it needed. Would highly recommend this place, at least for a second opinion when you're unsure about what a dealer is telling you.

Great. It's a great place to get your vehicle serviced

had the car towed to b&l , 2006 toyota corolla , they did a diagnostic test and my friend (retired ) was told it needed a fuelpump , they charged him 1000+ dollars , they got payed , then he was told it was an defected pump, then it still didnt start and they charged another 170.- $ for the sparkplugs replacement they claimed thats what keeping the car from starting ,by now they had the car for 2 weeks , then they ended up having the car towed to the toyota dealer on jefferson , they claimed they never recieved a phonecall from b&l , now the retiree had to go back and forth in person and on the phone to b&l and toyota dealer to figure out whats going on , well - now its the 4th week - and the toyota dealer said they will work on it on tuesday 11.26.2019 - dealing with b&l was a nightmare and we will never recomend or give them our business again . we also requested to give back the old parts that were replaced but never got them back either . worst business ever - we will also contact the better business bureau to file a complaint.
