Great customer service. Outstanding quality of work from Tyree and super-friendly customer service from Liz. Loved the waiting room with comfortable chairs, Keurig coffee maker (with Starbucks K-Cups) and the Amazon Fire Stick fed TV (with Netflix, etc.).

I was in NN for most of the day & was able to walk in & get my State Inspection & an oil change @ B&L. The owner was there, as well as his daughter & both were VERY customer oriented (THANKS for being so very dog-friendly) . WILL DEFINITELY RETURN when I am in NN (Live in Portsmouth, but do business there on a regular basis that has me spending 4-6 hours) THANKS & MERRY CHRISTMAS

Great customer service This is my wife and I , our, Permanent vehicle home. Alesus have what we need and in a timely fashion and we are treated with honesty and respect.

My mom was in town visiting and broke down just outside of their parking lot. They not only went above and beyond to get her car fixed, they treated her like family. You simply do not find companies that treat customers they way they treated my mom. 5 stars isn’t enough for them!

Do good work. Great place to get honest service at a reasonable price. My $1200 repair from Nissan was done for $600 here, and save me the cost of an unnecessary transmission job. I will definitely return for work on my cars, really glad I got a second opinion.
